Our recruitment process

A clear recruitment path — from application to decision in 5 simple steps

1
Candidate application

Candidate Application

If you’re interested in any of our job postings, please apply. We use the E-recruiter system. We review and analyze every application. When submitting your application, please make sure to include your current contact information and as much detail as possible about your professional experience. After submitting your application, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us. If we’ve included a form with the job posting, please fill it out—it will help us understand your expectations.

2
CV review

CV Review

At this stage, we’ll review the resume you’ve submitted. If your experience and qualifications catch our interest, we’ll contact you within 14 days. We’ll call you to ask about the key details in your resume, and then we’ll send you an email inviting you to an online interview. If 14 days have passed and you haven’t received an invitation from us, it means that, unfortunately, we’ve decided not to meet with you.

3
Online meeting

First Meeting (online interview)

The first online meeting with the HR Business Partner (max. 30 min) is dedicated to getting to know each other—discussing your experience and providing information about the company and the position. Within 14 days, you will receive feedback from us via email or phone—either an invitation to the second stage or a message informing you that the recruitment process has been completed.

4
On-site meeting

Second Meeting (in-person interview at the company's headquarters)

The interview with the Department Manager and HR Business Partner is a stage where you’ll get to know us better, visit the company, and meet your direct supervisor. We’ll ask you more detailed questions about your professional experience and skills, and we’ll also assess how you handle certain tasks. This means that for specialist positions, we may ask you to complete a simple recruitment task. The interview lasts about 40 to 60 minutes.

5
Decision

Decision - Feedback for the Candidate

Regardless of whether our final decision is positive or negative for you, we’ll let you know during a phone call. If we’ve decided that you’re the one to join our company—welcome aboard! If you weren’t successful this time, we’ll do our best to explain why your application was rejected.
